Early Childhood Education 2017-18 academic cohort.

AECE is a five-semester diploma program in partnership with Cambrian College that provides students with the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills necessary to organize and maintain a safe, stimulating early learning environment for children. The social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of the child is examined by academic studies through our blended delivery model of fourteen day on campus sessions two times each semester, centra classes and independent study. OSHKI Pimache O Win ensures that the delivery and content of the full time AECE diploma program is culturally relevant and specific to First Nation communities. The AECE program offers a field placement experiences in early childhood education program settings in Thunder Bay as well as community placement hours in the students home community.
